Brent is the Founder, President, and CEO of Alyeska International, Inc.  He has held leadership positions spanning a wide variety of complex and start-up organizations:  manufacturing, software development, hospitals (academic and community), medical groups, consulting, hospice, military medicine, engineered devices, and engineered plastics.

His experience includes:  growing small & medium size businesses, service line expansion, strategy, policy-based Board governance, logistics management, business plan development and implementation.  His writings have been published in various trade journals, medical journals, and magazines.

He has served on the Board of Directors of professional associations, civic organizations, and businesses.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Denali Education Center and Alaska EHR Alliance.  He also served on the Board of Equalization for the Municipality of Anchorage.

Brent holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in International Relations and Portuguese from Brigham Young University.  In addition, he holds a Graduate Certificate in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Brent has lived overseas 8 years and has language skills in Portuguese.  He loves to share the beauty and adventure of Alaska with his wife and family which includes four daughters and a son.
